Arturo (Art or Master Guns) G. Garcia U.S.M.C. Retired 1987-2012, Enlisted while attending High school in the Marines with a successful career as an 1371- Combat Engineer and 0331-Machine Gunner working on engineering projects, explosives and breaching minefields. Soon after retirement completing a Business degree at Wayland Baptist University focusing on Non-Profit-501c3 Organization and Management. 25 Years of active duty and Combat Action in the middle east with 1st Marine Division/Task Force Papa Bear as a Combat Engineer and Machine Gunner.
A 100% disabled combat veteran living in Texas with his beautiful wife and four wonderful children, Oldest son, a U.S. Marine-Jose Garcia married to Adela, Rebekah, Alfredo II, Arturo II, and 3 amazing grandchildren Abigail, Isabelle, and Abraham Garcia. Master Gunnery Sergeant ( Retired ) Arnulfo Leal began working for CMO November of 2022 as the Director of Marketing and Fund Raising. Al is always looking for ways to raise money and gain exposure for CMO and its Veterans. Al retired after 25 years of faithful service in the Marine Corps as a Master Gunnery Sergeant. Master Gunnery Sergeant ( Retired ) Rudy Perez began working for CMO June of 2019. As the director of operations, he seeks out individuals that are eligible to participate in the program and guides them through the entire process. Rudy retired after 30 years of faithful service in the Marine Corps as a Master Gunnery Sergeant.
