Bubba & Deanna Bethea

​Bubba Bethea resides in La Marque, Texas with his wife Deanna and their 2 children, Chelsee and Seth.

Bubba is a 1979 graduate of Santa Fe High School. During his high school years, he volunteered for the Alta Loma VFD and was an original member of the Santa Fe EMS.

Bubba began his career in the construction industry in 1979 after graduation and has continued working thru the ranks where he now is a member of business development with IREX Contracting Group.

He is a graduate of the La Marque Citizens Police Academy, Houston DEA Academy and current member of the LMCPA Alumni.

Deanna Bethea met Bubba in 1988.  They were married in 1992.

Deanna joined the Texas Army National Guard in 1986 and attended boot camp at the age of 17 during the summer of her Jr. and Sr. year of high school.  She went on to graduate the youngest in her Battalion from Fort Dixx, New Jersey.  She then attended Fort Benjamin Harrison in Indianapolis, Indiana in 1988 and completed her AIT in Finance.

She was stationed out of Camp Mabry in Austin,Texas with the 49th Finance Company.

Deanna graduated from Louise High School in 1987.

After meeting Bubba she worked with him in the plants as an Office Administrator for several years.

Currently she is a full time mother along with holding the position of President for La Marque Citizens Police Academy Alumni, Special Assistant to the La Marque Police Chief, graduate of Houston DEA Academy, Chairman for Planning and Zoning for the City of La Marque, and small business owner.

Bubba and Deanna have volunteered over the last several years with CMO and have a true passion for working with and helping our young men and women of the Armed Forces.
