Suzanne Waddingham RN, BSN
Originally from NY… but got to Texas as fast as she could…
Sue is a graduate of Niagara University College of Nursing and has been a Registered Nurse for many years, working for the last 10 plus years for the Navy Marine Corps Relief Society as a Combat Casualty Program Visiting Nurse, providing long-term nursing and advocacy support and assistance to Sailors and Marines who have been “affected by” combat. She travels throughout Texas to help ensure that they are receiving the best care possible for seen and unseen wounds and supports them in obtaining benefits and employment, and moving forward in civilian life following combat service, and works with an extensive network of organizations to facilitate this effort. She considers it an honor and gift to have the opportunity to support those who have served. She enjoys the great outdoors and fitness, beekeeping, cooking and baking (a mean apple pie, btw), and traveling. She provides support and advisement with regard to matters involving warrior support that sometimes arise, via the CMO mission to provide “healing in the hunt.” |
